1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, placing an order or using a Prixhost service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy and any service-specific terms displayed during checkout.

If you are ordering for a company or another person, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on their behalf.

02

2. Accounts and security

Customers must provide accurate and current registration, billing and contact information.

You are responsible for keeping passwords, API keys, recovery codes and account access secure, and for activity performed through your account.

Prixhost may request verification before making sensitive account, billing, ownership or domain changes.

03

3. Orders, billing and renewals

Prices, billing periods, setup charges and promotional terms are shown during ordering. Taxes or payment-processing charges may apply where required.

Recurring services may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Customers are responsible for keeping a valid payment method and reviewing renewal notices.

Unpaid or disputed invoices may result in service restriction, suspension or termination after any applicable notice or grace period.

Promotional prices may apply only to the initial term. Renewal pricing may be different and will be shown in the account or invoice.

04

4. Acceptable use

Services must not be used for unlawful content, malware, phishing, credential theft, spam, denial-of-service activity, unauthorised scanning, copyright infringement, fraud or activity that harms other users or networks.

Customers must not attempt to bypass security controls, resource limits, licensing restrictions or access restrictions.

High resource usage that negatively affects shared infrastructure may be limited, isolated or moved to a more suitable service plan.

05

5. Customer content and responsibilities

Customers retain responsibility for the legality, accuracy, security and licensing of content, applications, code and data placed on Prixhost services.

Customers are responsible for keeping websites and software updated, using secure passwords, configuring applications correctly and maintaining independent copies of important data.

Prixhost does not routinely review customer content but may investigate reported abuse, security risks or legal complaints.

06

6. Domains and third-party products

Domain registrations and transfers are subject to registry, registrar and ICANN rules where applicable. Registration is not guaranteed until successfully confirmed.

Domain, licence, certificate and third-party software fees may be non-refundable once submitted, issued or activated.

Customers are responsible for keeping domain contact details accurate and responding to verification or transfer requests.

07

7. Service availability and maintenance

Prixhost aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation unless a separate written service-level agreement explicitly states otherwise.

Scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, software defects, attacks, upstream provider failures and events outside reasonable control may affect availability.

Prixhost may modify infrastructure, software, IP addresses, network routes or data-centre locations when reasonably necessary to operate or secure the services.

08

8. Backups and data recovery

Included backups are intended as a recovery convenience and are not a replacement for customer-controlled backups.

Backup frequency, retention and restoration options depend on the selected plan. Prixhost cannot guarantee that every backup will be complete, current or recoverable.

Customers should maintain independent off-site copies of all critical website files, databases, email and configuration data.

09

9. Suspension and termination

Prixhost may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, abuse, security threats, legal requirements, excessive resource use or material breach of these terms.

Where practical and safe, Prixhost may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Immediate action may be taken for serious abuse or urgent security risks.

After termination, customer data may be deleted according to normal retention and backup-rotation procedures.

10

10. Support and migrations

Support covers Prixhost services and reasonable platform guidance. It may not include custom application development, third-party software debugging or work outside the purchased management scope.

Migration assistance is provided on a reasonable-effort basis. Customers should retain a working copy at the previous provider until migration testing is complete.

11

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Services are provided on an 'as available' basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Prixhost is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data arising from service use, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Where legally permitted, Prixhost's total liability relating to a service should not exceed the amount paid for that affected service during the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

12

12. Changes and contact

Prixhost may update these terms when products, legal requirements or operational practices change. Material changes should be published on this page or communicated through appropriate account channels.

Questions about these terms can be sent to prixhost@gmail.com.
